Web Chat and US West

Is it possible to use the Web Chat option in developer center to initiate a Chat into our US West org. Seems to only allow for US East the login page does not prompt for region.

If you mean accessing the Developer Tools (specifically WebChat) for US-West, you can access it via this url:
