Web Chat Authorization Failure

Hello,

I am relatively new to this so I apologize if the answer is out there.

I was under the impression that you could have Web Chat without having customers have to authenticate on your website. I seem to be having issues with this. Currently, I have authorization turned off. I have used the sample chat app in Developer Tools, but I still get an authorization error.

What items can I check to make sure that this works correctly?

We did open a ticket with Support for this and they led us here. Is there a different Support site for PureCloud?

What's the case number? I'll make contact with the engineer and ensure that it gets reopened.
