I opened the webChat on deveeloperTools page from IE browser 11 and it not start, all is show on blank.
I used the url https://developer.mypurecloud.com/developer-tools/#/webchat to access this aplication.
In the following image you can see the error messages
Try clearing your cookies and cache. Are you able to translate those messages to English? I'm not sure what they say.
Already I cleared cookies and cache but the trouble continue.

Thanks, I'll see if I can track down a windows computer to take a look. Do you have issues using Chrome, Firefox, or other browsers?
With other browser like Chrome it works fine. The trouble is with IE. I appreciate you help.
I'll still look into it, but it probably won't be fixed unless it's very simple. IE has known bugs and compatibility issues that Microsoft isn't fixing due to releasing Edge.

The error is caused by IE 11's outdated JavaScript engine. Please use a modern web browser.
