I am looking for more information about the grey checkmark and the red triangle that appear when web messaging. I found this post which states that the red triangle appears when the WebSocket Guest API loses connection. However, I'm curious about what this looks like from the customer's perspective. From that post, I understand it could occur when the browser is closed, but is there a time limit or number of attempts that is made to the end user's client before this triangle appears?

Hi,

There are no retries but message(s) marked as failed when posting outbound data to the websocket.
Warning icon will be displayed on agent side on first delivery failure.
When the customer resumes his conversation (new connection), failed messages will be retried for delivery.
