Hi @usuresh - copy & paste of tables is not supported. Interesting to hear about the use-case for tables, can you elaborate?

Use Case: Business is using Canned responses for their product inquiry replies. They are going to add additional products fequently. They do respond with table formatting answers for new products. As the products keep increasing instead of Creating new canned responses every time, they would like to copy and paste contnet from their help documents.
We have suggested them to integrate with Knowledge articles but what if bot not able to answer and agent wants to copy and paste table format information to customer from their help documents ?
Please let me know if any additional information required.

Ultimately, if your Business adds a new product, there needs to be some additional work somewhere to make it visible: is the Business not wanting to create a Canned Response, but would rather just leverage new product via Articles? I'm not clear if you're referring to Knowledge Articles within Genesys Cloud, rather than 3rd party: in both cases, someone needs to update either the Canned Response or the Article with the new product.

Yes you are correct. Its canned reponses they have to update every time. Please ignore knowledge article concept.
Instead of canned responses update they want to copy and paste from articles.
