Web Messaging API <-> Conversation ID

Hello,
Is it possible to get the active Conversation ID into a customer's browser?

We have a custom web messaging widget that uses the Guest API and have a need to correlate Genesys conversations with client-/customer-side functionality. Formerly, the web chat widget-based solution utilized conversation ID.

However, I cannot see how conversationID is accessible in the Guest API. And I don't see how to use data available / exposed in the Guest API to get one of the many APIs HERE to filter conversations to the active conversation happening in the current browser.

Any help on this will be greatly appreciated.
