Web messaging - Audio or visual notification at caller end

Hi Team,

Scenario : if the customer has minimized his web messaging window and agents send a message, is there a way to give a pop up or sound notification to the customer or unhide the chat window ?

We have this among list of future improvements: https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/DIG-I-147 (please vote). For now, you can subscribe the MessagingService.messagesReceived event and generate local notification.
