Web messaging interaction

is there an account specification/type/access or anything else, in which I can interact with webmessaging and chat;
I only found these tools and I think I can't interact with web message.

Your user account is probably not enabled for the right features as Contact Center Agent (configuration in your Genesys Cloud organization).
I would suggest that you get familiar with configuring and administering your Genesys Cloud organization.
Use the Genesys Cloud Resource Center site to find necessary information.
