Web messaging widget "stuck" in loading screen

HI community. We have incorporated the web messaging widget in a salesforce page.

Everything seems to work fine but there is this small annoying thing happening. The widget opens but seems to be "stuck" in loading. There is this grey loading bar moving from left to right right under the welcome banner (see red )

Any idea what might be causing this loading bar to continue running all the time?

Hi - is this happening all of the times? Would recommend to raise via Genesys Care.
