we have enabled cobrowse on web messenger and are seeing CORS error loading our public css file. because of these errors agent is seeing white blank screen on agent desktop.
On customer browser we see following aws cloudfront error.. can someone take a look what could be causing this issue.
we have shared cobrowse logs N number of times and were end up not going any where. so thats why i posted here. Will raise another case with specifically this error. lets see if they can be of any help. will share case shortly
