Web Messenger Customization

Hi Team,

Need help with these two queries.

1. Is it possible to have custom message instead of the default message at start of the Messenger (in the attached screen shot).
2. Is it possible to remove attachment at the Agents end for web messaging using supported content profile. If so please guide.

1. Not possible today, but there is an idea to vote on Genesys Cloud Ideas Portal.
2. This is in development and will be released soon Genesys Cloud Ideas Portal. This will allow restrictions from both sides
