I don't know if you question is about Genesys Desktop UI or about API.
For Genesys Desktop, Web Chat deployments are available in Admin - Contact Center - Widgets.

For API, these are the endpoints that can be used to create/modify/delete Widget deployments (webchat): https://developer.genesys.cloud/commdigital/digital/webchat/widgets-apis
