My Google-fu is letting me down.
We have embedded a web page into a script using the web page script component.
We pass some script variables through as a query string.
We are seeing that the web page is refreshed/re-called under certain circumstances which can cause issues as we have input fields for the Agent to capture information and this gets lost.
I cannot find a definitive list as to what would cause the script to refresh the web page.
Can anyone enlighten me/point me to where this is documented please?
We do believe that if any of the variables we use to populate the query string change, that can have an effect but would like that confirmed too.
