Hello,
In a Genesys Engage environment, I am asked to make a web service to make an outbound call that will execute an IVR.
My first thought is to make this web service to add a record in a calling list table and an outbound campaign will make the call.
I was wondering if there are other ways to acomplish this, making my web service perform the call and know if the call was answered.

Ok, thank you.
I thought it made sense to write it here thinking about some web service or method in the plaform sdk that was able to make a call and asociate it to a IVR.
