We started deploying web chat on our website. It works well with Chrome, Firfox, Edge but not with IE (latest version, 11). Could you confirm if IE is supported?
The issue seems to be coming from the evaluation of the schedule and our div is never getting the required class purecloud-chat-available.
Yes, IE is supported for web chat. Please open a case with PureCloud Care to investigate this issue.
