Pertain to Web Chat v2? Our client is wanting to integrate scheduling, but so far, I have not been able to get that to work with version 2. Nor can I find any documentation that is specific to version 2 of the webchat feature.
Can someone please point me in the right direction?

I discussed with the chat team and that page only applies to v1 chat. We'll get the doc page updated to reflect that asap.
To schedule the v2 chat's appearance, you'll need to implement date/time checking to your liking in your website's codebase; there's not anything built-in for that. You can request new features at https://purecloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas.
