Webchat v2 blocked

Hi there
We have problems with webchat in https://www.casinoatlanticcity.com/
When the customer start a chat session then minimize the chat window and change the page, the chat is blocked, the customer can't write.

Hi. Could you kindly raise this via Genesys Care & Support, so it can be reviewed?
Apparently that website is accessible only from specific geography, otherwise access is blocked.
