Hello,

Would it be possible to hide some of the messages coming from the i18n JSON file, such as : chat started, chat ended...

Hello Charaf,

You can change the content of these messages with Localization.

But you can't remove/hide the entire message.

I mean that you could possibly configure some empty string, or string with spaces, ... for these messages.
But Widgets will still print them (area for the text message) along with the timestamp (time field below the message).
