I'd like to integrate my services with Web Chat by providing a webhook URL that receives live messages going on between customers and agents. Is this possible, and if not, is there any way of getting Web Chat message data? I was looking through the API documentation and I cannot find any for Web Chat messages contents, just the metadata of an ongoing Web Chat conversation.
I see - is there possibly a beta version of the API we could work with for the moment? Thank you for the prompt reply! And if no "live" content, is there any way we could retrieve transcripts of Web Chat messages via webhook or API calls?
