Hello. I have integrated the widget to our site and when I press the Start Chat button, I get a welcome message as in the photo.
Can this be removed or changed?

Yes, this is something you configure in Architect and web chat flows. Genesys provides you a means of adding a welcome message but it's completely up to you on whether you include it or what you enter in it.
