Webchat widgets api usage

Greetings,

We are planning on implementing a webchat on our client's organization.

Let's say we embed one of the widgets below in our client's public portal.

Afterwards we develop, using the embeddable framework below, an integration in our client's CRM custom front-end so that the agents chat with clients that use the previous widget.

Are the API invocations made by the web chat widget and the embeddable framework billed according to API fair usage policy?

Official Genesys apps do not count towards your API usage. Only custom apps using APIs that you (or any non-Genesys source) create will count against your usage.

Just to be clear. The embeddable framework (the javascript one) is also considered an "Official Genesys app" and therefore is exempt of api usage billing?
