Just wondering if anyone can advise, if there's any progress of feature Avatar / styling css of standard webmessaging.

FYI, we ever asked this in 2022, and it advised will be plan launch 2022 end,

Hi everyone, Need help, for webmessaging widget, is there any way to overwrite / update chat logo? [image] Also agent avatar ? I tried to add css file inside webmessaging iframe but got stuck on CORS Thanks Fransiska

Is your screenshot referring to CSS customization, or have you already enabled the Beta feature and notice misbehavior?
