Hope all are doing great.
I have been trying to use startvideoconference()
but I did not succeed. I can see there is a new video conversation with ID in Genesys Interaction Performance, but no connection nor alert to agent!.

I wanted to check the following values:
- roomJid : is this value accepted (
roomtest@conference.room
) ? - inviteeJid : is it user ID/GUID ? or something else?
I think I am missing something on how to initiate request video call to other agent.
