What does it mean when a interaction shows "orgspan.com@localhost"?

I have a agent that is showing several interactions with "sip:xxxxxxxx+xxxxx_orgspan.com@localhost" under the Remote column in Interactions Performance.

Usually the Remote column shows a phone number or location but for this agent it's show the SIP information.

If it's showing a sip address it routed somewhere internally or somewhere you've sip enabled.
Are they talking to someone else on-platform?
