FWI the endpoint you are asking about is for "third party chats", which is not a chat at all even though it seems like it is. It's a way to route anything you want using genesys system. More info here: https://developer.genesys.cloud/api/rest/v2/conversations/third-party-object-routing

We are using Genesis call support for our company : Edenred. Now we want to enable chat bot for the agents.
We already have an existing chat bot running in our application, in that if user types agent, we want to call "Transfer to ACD agent" API. Can you please help us on this?
