We would like to offer callback to caller, but first we would like her/him to tell us her/his first and last name. I understand I need to use a bot, but I do not want to create a bush of intents/utterances for all first and last name that exist in a phone directory. Should I record the caller name and then convert the record into text to be store in a variable or in callback? Is there another solution for this?
