Expectation: Get the chat messages after the chat is completed and post to CRM
Presently my choice for getting all the chat message is from recording but the recording will not be generated instantaneously, and it takes time. An attempt to get recording before the recording is made available returns 404 (expected) But do we have any mechanism to know when the recording is available for processing ?
I see few notification events published for recordings but even that one does not work for web message interaction.
I saw conversation transcription event but got to know that is not applicable for digital media so I do not see any other relevant topics on event bridge
Please let me know if we have reliable mechanism for meeting my expectations using client credential grant.
Please correct me if any of my understanding is incorrect.
