I can't find it in the beta site

The existing Dev Center site will remain in place until the Beta period ends. The existing Developer Tools applications will remain in place beyond the Beta period for the site. Deprecation of the existing tools will be announced separately.
This could be clearer. The new site (UX, content reorg) is in beta. It also happens to contain a preview of the new developer tools. We're still actively developing the new tools to replace the existing dev tools but decided to leave them in the site to go ahead and start collecting feedback on them. There will be full feature parity before the deprecation of the existing tools.
