Where is the Genesys Bot Connector integration available?

Hi,

we actually trying to test the Genesys Bot Connector integration, but the installation of the Genesys Bot Connector fails: "Could not install Integration. Required type missing or not found.". The customer care can't help me in that case and just replied to "ask the developer of this third party integration" (?).
My specific question is: In witch orgs is the "Genesys Bot Connector integration" available. Are there some limitations? My location is "EMEA (Frankfurt)". Or am I doing something wrong here?

I just got confirmation today, that our buying department is the bottleneck here and I was not informed about that process. So the topic can be closed/deleted. But thanks for the effort!
