Just wondering if the public API makes the 'Queue Activity > Agent Activity' values of Duration 2 and Duration 3 available per user?
I found in the Users API the Presence Duration and Routing Status duration - which this seems to be populating the first 'Duration' column (if user is On-Queue, it seems to show Routing Status duration as the Duration, and if user is Off-Queue, it seems to show Presence Duration as the Duration).
However I can't seem to find how/where it's calculating 'Duration 2' and 'Duration 3' from?
