Widget occupying full page when Zoom on the Chrome

Hi,
When I zoom my webpage more than 200 % it is occupying complete webpage. Could you please help how can we fix this ? Thanks..!!

An update from engineering:
"It is by design to support Accessibility. Zooming in will zoom Webchat along with fonts up to a certain point where user can access all the controls with in webchat I.e 200% by default and expands to full screen beyond that."
