We are using chat widget version 2. When user clicks on close (X), it opens end chat confirmation. After pressing end chat, the window is still open. Is there a way to close the chat window after user presses end chat button.
The other issue is that even if window is not closed, the text area for inputting chat message is disabled. User has to press X again to close the window and initiate chat again. What are my options?
