For predictive campaign once the agent disconnect the customer's call and select a wrap-up code for the respective interaction sometime the wrap-up code name is displayed in SFDC after reconciliation and sometime it is displayed as wrap-up code id after reconciliation.
Also in Genesys we see the correct wrap-up code name everytime.
Kindly let us know what could be the issue and how to correct it.
