Writing an outbound "Self test" Application

Hello,

Has anyone tried to write a "Self test" using Architect?

I was thinking I could create an outbound campaign that could verify my production flow is working correctly and then email me if there is an issue,

Also, it would be a bonus if we could avoid additional phone changes.

Any ideas for this relative new comer to Genesys?? :slight_smile:

I've never tried this, however I'd be interested in hearing how you get on with it.

If you use this approach are you thinking you'll navigate the call with Questions/Responses in the Outbound Campaign's call flow, or would it simply be to check that the call gets through?

Thanks for the reply Lucas,

My plan is to play DTMF prompts in a way where I can simulate a couple key transactions to verify functionality.

Then send email when I suspect something is not quite right.

I'll let you know how it goes and thanks again for the interest.
