Hello, I was referred to the dev forum by the community. I am using the Zendesk Genesys Cloud integration. Inbound calls are working, creating a new ticket and notating the ticket comments with the conversation ID and other attributes I have set. My issue is, when making a call on behalf of a queue, is there a way to automate adding the conversation details in the ticket, like on the inbound call?
