We are currently integrating Genesys Cloud + Zendesk following the documentation:
On inbound calls we are updating participant data with attributes ZD_SearchType . and ZD_SearchValue ant the ticket in Zendesk is correctly opened. So, it´s nice at that point.
Problem is, the outbound campaigns calls are not opening the ticket, because, the call are not created with participant data.
Do you know how to create the outbound campaign call with the ZendeskData to open the Ticket? maybe workaround or configuration indeed needed?
