Zoom Integration using OneLogin for SCIM

We're having an issue mapping the Zoom extension to phoneNumbers[type eq "zoomphone"].value

OneLogin is storing the value as
image

The “\” are automatically being added as an escape character to allow the quotation marks. What happens is the extension is appearing as the Main Work Phone on the User account when imported and the Directory isn't showing the Zoom Badge. It should appear as Other Phone on the user account. I've successfully added this Integration in other Orgs using Azure AD and Okta.

Genesys and OneLogin Support are researching any possible workarounds. GC Support suggested I post the topic here to see if anyone has any insights into fine-tuning the SCIM configuration to suit the customer needs.

From OneLogin,
"Thank you for contacting OneLogin, I have taken ownership of your case number 02043636.

*I understand that your string with quotes in your PureCloud Parameters is being transformed and causing issues with functionality. I attempted a few possible character combinations in attempt to make the visible text exactly as entered however I wasn't successful. Looking at our backend logs it looks like the value is already being escaped when stored and I believe is being rendered differently than stored, though since the escape character is stored in the string that could be what's interfering with functionality. For your reference the string is being stored as such "name"=>"phoneNumbers[type eq "zoomphone"].value" *

We have a few options here. I can and will submit a request for this functionality to be reviewed. It's likely that the escape character being saved is unintended and should be corrected. That being said, this is the first case concerning this so the escape character may be required for other app connectors and we may end up having to create an exception for PureCloud specifically. With all this said a resolution for your use case may not be provided for quite some time as priority fixes are worked on and released.

If possible the quickest and best course of action would be to find a way to set the string without quotes. I'm not familiar with PureCloud so I can't offer direction on how to set that up but I would recommend reaching out to their support to see if they have a solution available.

I hope this information helps. I'll be submitting the request on our end and any updates will be shared with you as they come in. Let me know if you find any way to set the parameter without quotes.

@tbullion could you drop the case number you have open with Genesys Cloud Care where you were redirected here? I've attempted to escalate the case internally to ensure it is handled, but Care was unable to locate your case.
