Been in the Interactive Intelligence -> Genesys / CIC -> PureConnect world since 1999. Made the move over to [renamed] Genesys Cloud CX around 2016(?)

Working for a wonderful customer, previously 15 years in the partner space as well as some direct customers, and spent almost ten years in the mothership with another couple tacked on recently.
