Log Genesys conversation details (via an external API) when conversation ends

Hi, this forum is really helpful!

We are using Genesys to serve our end customers via agents, and all our conversations are currently getting logged into Genesys. For analytics purpose, we also want to log all the conversation details to our company's database via an external API call. So we want to hook this external API call with Genesys, so that it gets called everytime whenever some conversation closes.
Please let us know the way of achieving this in Genesys.
