Within our client's organization, agents are divided into groups to perform contact center operations.
A single inbound call flow is used across the group.
We need to separate the option values for the "Collect Input" action in the flow due to our client's business requirements.
In this case, we need to add as many "Collect Input" actions as there are business groups in the flow.
So, let me ask you a question. Is there a way to use only a single "Collect Input" action and have the value of the option containing the checkbox as a variable?
- "No Entry Timeout", "Numeric Input", "Verification", "Inter-Digit Timeout", "Non-Numeric Input", etc.
