Personaly , I think no. But I would like to be confirmed or not.

No. Token and client-credentials access are not affected. The only thing that is affected are the permissions required to access the listed APIs - so for example, if your existing user is missing certain permissions, they may get 403/access denied once the permissions start being enforced. You can fix that by giving your user the correct permissions.
