Just started creating a web messaging app. I've set the chat to be "onDemand" and created a segment on which page it should appear. I understand that once the action map has been triggered it will not be triggered again on the same session unless we make use of SDK plugins. It was suggested that I check on Journey events but I could not make it work within segments as I'm not sure what are the event names that is being triggered. Is there a way for me to get a list or determine what the event names are?
Currently exploring segment > customer journey with a config of "All event types" > "event name" > "equals" > ??
