I have a business need where I will receive an email where the body will be written by the client but the origin will not be the client. This origin, where I am receiving the email, will send the client's original email in the subject. Extracting this email from the subject is not a problem, what I want to do now is that when the agent clicks "reply to" it is automatically changed to the client's original email (which I previously saved in the architect, obtaining it from the from). This is possible?
I understand that system variables are not modifiable and I did not find an option that allows this in the Architect or a way through Data Actions, I appreciate your help.
