Agent initiate music on hold always use en_US

Hope someone can help me out ..

1 Override the on-hold-music in the System prompt for (en_us, en_au, zh_cn, ja_jp) with 4 different audio files.

2 Caller call in to a Architect Flow,

  • Configure Architect flow support languages ((en_us, en_au, zh_cn, ja_jp)
  • Prompt caller to select a language,
  • Caller select language, Set Language to the caller selected. (TTS is played in the selected Language).

3 In Queue flow

  • Set support languages ((en_us, en_au, zh_cn, ja_jp) ,
  • while caller is in queue, the correct music on hold is played as per the language selected.

4 call is answered by agent.
5 agent put the caller on hold.
6 caller always hear the music on hold of en_us, regardless what language selected in the Architect.

is this expected behavior ?

I expected the caller hear the music on hold of the language selected when agent put caller on hold.
