In this post Tim said that the documentation for creating Agent Owned Callbacks using the API would be available soon. It has been 3 months since then. Any ideas about when this will be released?
I'm honestly not sure what that was referring to specifically. Did you have a question about using the API?
In that topic we asked for how to set Agent Owned Callbacks using the API. You gave a little example, but you said that the official documentation was in progress and that it should be out soon.
However, the documentation is still just:
