Hello,
We've been encountering a loading issue with the agent script in the Genesys Cloud Web Version. This problem occurs during the first agent's shift interaction. Once they click on reload the script iframe, it works for the remainder of the shift.
We've been working with customer care for over a month on this issue, but unfortunately, we haven't found a solution yet.
Has anyone else experienced something similar?
