Agent typing status not coming in chat Widget 1.0

Hello All,

We have chat integration with both web and mobile. For web we have used widget 1.0 (as it only support co-browse) and for mobile we have widget 2.0.
Recently we have noticed that for mobile (widget 2.0) when agent is typing something, at member / customer end, in the mobile app chat window is display a text block along with agent name (it provide info to the member / customer that the agent is typing).
But for web (widget 1.0), we have noticed that at the member / customer end chat window, we are not getting any info about "If agent is typing anything".. like in Genesys app / web application it shows as "customer is typing / tying..." whenever customer types anything in the chat window.
Question is, how the typing information could be displayed at the web end for widget 1.0 or if it is not feasible.?

Web chat v1 is supposed to support typing indicators. If you're not seeing them, please open a case with Genesys Cloud Care to investigate further.
