Agentless Email API: The outbound domain does not exist

Hello Team,

I am getting below given error while testing (/api/v2/conversations/emails/agentless) API.

I could see my Organizations(Custom) domain is not configured under Email config. but the Genesys Cloud domain is configured over there.
Is that error signature is because of the missing custom domain configuration?. and what kind of extra configuration i have to do so that above API will work with the Genesys Cloud domain.
Also can I use same client ID Key/Secret (Integration) for multiple Data actions?
