Analyze emails by unique addresses by brand

We need assistance in analyzing all the emails we’ve received in 2023 and 2024 by brand. Specifically, we want to determine how many emails came from each unique email address. Is there an API available to extract this data?

You can do that with Genesys Cloud API. Just need to import all conversations into your own storage.
