I am currently developing an application in Angular and I would like to integrate our Genesys Cloud account into it.
The idea is to have an iframe that shows our Genesys Cloud account so that application agents can make calls without leaving the application. I would also like it to be possible to click on the phone numbers that we have through the application and for the Genesys iframe to be displayed with that number to call automatically. Is there any way of doing this?
At the moment the only thing I have managed to do is show an iframe with the Genesys URL (Genesys Cloud) and since access to the application is through Azure, I can see the directory Genesys when showing click in the iframe, is there a way to achieve these interactions?
